We are pleased to inform you that our site is fully staffed Monday thru Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, to cater to all your dumping requirements. Our team of professionals will assist your driver in locating the appropriate dumping location based on the materials being transported. We strive to provide a seamless and hassle-free experience for all our clients.

About Us
TLC Acres is a landscape business that is family-owned and operated by Matt and Amy Seban. Having successfully managed Total Lawn Care, a local landscape company, for over 25 years, they recently purchased a 50-acre farm in Germantown, Wisconsin. The Seban's are enthusiastic about providing a dependable and efficient dumping facility for contractors, landscapers, and homeowners servicing all of Southeastern Wisconsin. TLC Fill-Site is fully operational by appointment Monday thru Friday. (Seasonal Hours may apply)
